Where the Fun Is!

Welcome to the Recipes Section! Please enjoy these methods of turning your dough into something that is more than just bread!  Feel free to share!

General Tips:

  • Colder dough is easier to work with but may take longer to bake.
  • Save a tablespoon of the mix before adding water and use that when forming your dough on the countertop to help prevent sticking.
  • Want a stiffer dough? Use a little less water than the directions show. Try 1 1/4 cup of water instead! This helps for some easier shaping especially on the Traditional White blends.

Mummified Jalapeño Poppers

Cute Halloween Spicy Treats! Jalapeño poppers, or jalapeño bites, are jalapeño peppers that have been hollowed out, stuffed with a mixture of cheese, spices, and sometimes ground meat. Fill these creatures up with whatever you’re used to using or use the provided filling here. The main thing is to make ’em spooky with googly eyes and then you’ll be crying for your mummy. Boowaaahhhh aaaahhh aahhh ahhhhh!
