Wow, honestly exceeded expectations. I bought the Bucket back when the kids were home from school, mid-July maybe? Then I talked to Chris at one of the last Farmers Markets of the season, and we discussed me giving it a try anyway. I finally got around to it last night, Dec 5, ha, and while it did take longer to rise, like Chris had suggested, within 6 hours, I had a bucket of fluffy dough! I hadn't actually expected it to work, so I put the dough in the fridge until earlier this evening (Dec 6). I threw some globs of dough on the pan, and 25 minutes later, I had lovely, golden brown, crusty rolls that are terrifically soft inside. They are amazingly good, and I will definitely be buying more.
