Please enjoy these methods of turning your dough into something that is more than just bread!  Feel free to share!

General Tips:

  • Colder dough is easier to work with but may take longer to bake.
  • Save a tablespoon of the mix before adding water and use that when forming your dough on the countertop to help prevent sticking.
  • Want a stiffer dough? Use a little less water than the directions show. Try 1 1/4 cup of water instead! This helps for some easier shaping especially on the Traditional White blends.
