Official Rules for Bucket of Bread LLC Year Supply Contest:

Introduction:

Welcome to the Year Supply Contest hosted by Bucket of Bread LLC! The contest begins on April 5th, 2024 and ends at midnight, Central Standard Time (CST), on August 23rd, 2024. By participating in this contest, you agree to abide by the official rules and regulations outlined below.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

A purchase does not improve your chances of winning.

Notification:

The Potential Prize winner will be announced in the newsletter from the entry form on this website on or about August 23rd, 2024 (the “Notification”). The Grand Prize winner must respond to the Notification within 10 business days of the first Notification. If the Potential Prize Winner fails to respond within this period or Sponsor and/or Independent Administrator, at their sole discretion, determines a potential Prize Winner is not eligible according to the Official Rules, they reserve the right to select at random an alternate Prize Winner from among the remaining eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

Prize Fulfillment:

The lucky winner will receive two cases of our premium bread, each case containing a variety of our most popular flavors. Additionally, the winner will have the option to gift one or both of the cases to the Hunger Task Force of La Crosse as a donation in their name. Once the winner is identified and confirmed, communication for obtaining a shipping address or arranging the donation will occur. The winner will have 10 business to provide their shipping information. If the shipping information is not provided within this timeframe, the default option will be to donate the prize to the Hunger Task Force of La Crosse.

Odds of Winning:

The Sponsor Representative will select a potential prize winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries received on or about August 23, 2024. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the Contest. By entering the Contest, Entrants fully and unconditionally agree to abide by these Official Rules and to accept the final and binding decisions of the Sponsor and Contest Entities in all matters relating to the Contest.

Winner Selection:

The potential prize winner will be selected through a random drawing conducted by a Sponsor Representative from all eligible entries received by the entry deadline. The drawing will take place on or about August 23rd, 2024. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the contest. The selected winner will be notified via email or other contact information provided during entry.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Be residents of the United States.
• Have completed the Submission Form and provided a valid email address. The Submission Form is available at the webpage located at URL https://bucketofbread.com/win-a-year-supply/.
• Additionally, by entering the Contest, participants consent to the use of their content or name, should any exist, by the Sponsor for promotional purposes.

Taxes and Fees:

There are no associated taxes or fees for the winner. Shipping fees, if needed, are handled by Bucket of Bread LLC. The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other alternatives, except for the option for the winner to gift the prize to the Hunger Task Force of La Crosse as a donation in their name. The winner must confirm their preference for donation within 10 days of being notified as the winner.

No Liability:

By participating, Entrants and the prize winner agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Sponsor, Contest Entities, and their representatives. This agreement extends to all individuals involved in the sponsorship and organization of the contest. Entrants and the prize winner assume responsibility for any claims or liabilities that may arise. 

Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes arising out of or relating to the contest shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in La Crosse County, Wisconsin, and the arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding. Each party shall bear its own costs associated with the arbitration, and the parties shall equally share the arbitrator’s fees.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

The laws of the state of Wisconsin, specifically La Crosse County, govern this Contest. The courts of La Crosse County will exclusively resolve any legal disputes.

Privacy Policy:

Data will be collected solely for the purpose of notifying a winner. All other data collection and usage will be in accordance with the privacy policy located at https://bucketofbread.com/privacy-policy/.

Void Where Prohibited:

This Contest is void where prohibited by law.

Modification or Termination:

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest at any time and for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, circumstances where fraud, technical failures, or any other factors beyond the Sponsor’s control impair the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest. In the event of such modification, suspension, or termination, the Sponsor may, at its discretion, notify participants by email, through the Contest website, or via other appropriate means. Participants agree that the Sponsor shall not be liable to them or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or termination of the Contest.

Winner Announcement:

The winner’s name will be announced and published in a special newsletter publication to emails on the distribution list. Bucket of Bread may also post notices on Social Media pages. Notices may or may not be in Video format. Email addresses will not be shared. Once the winner is identified and confirmed, communication for obtaining a shipping address will occur.

Age Restriction:

This Contest is not valid for persons under the age of 18.

Alternate Means of Entry:

Participants who wish to enter the contest without making a purchase may do so by clearly writing their first and last name, address, and telephone number on a 3″x5″ White Ruled Index Card. The completed index card should be mailed to the attention of BUCKET OF BREAD, ATTN: YEAR SUPPLY CONTEST, 1100 KANE STREET, SUITE 121, LA CROSSE, WI 54603.

This contest is solely owned and operated by Bucket of Bread LLC, the Sponsor, located at 1100 Kane Street, Suite 121, La Crosse, Wisconsin, 54603. Bucket of Bread LLC is the exclusive entity responsible for all aspects of the contest, including but not limited to its organization, administration, and prize fulfillment.
