Instructions
- Make 1 bag of the Bucket of Bread blend of flours like the instructions indicate.1 Your favorite Bucket of Bread Brand Dough
- Then add in 1 tbsp of white balsamic vinegar as you mix it.1 tbsp White Balsamic Vinegar
- Let it rise but extend the time. You're shooting for double the time and inside of that time, grab the dough and fold it over on itself at least twice.
- Once risen, put it in the refrigerator over night.
- Let risen dough come to room temperature.
- Use handfuls at a time for what you want or make a nice sourdough like loaf. Baking times are unchanged from the regular instructions.
