Make 1 bag of the Bucket of Bread blend of flours like the instructions indicate.
1 Your favorite Bucket of Bread Brand Dough
Then add in 1 tbsp of white balsamic vinegar as you mix it.
1 tbsp White Balsamic Vinegar
Let it rise but extend the time. You're shooting for double the time and inside of that time, grab the dough and fold it over on itself at least twice.
Once risen, put it in the refrigerator over night.
Let risen dough come to room temperature.
Use handfuls at a time for what you want or make a nice sourdough like loaf. Baking times are unchanged from the regular instructions.
