Slice the tomatoes.
Chop the basil.
Use a nice handful of already prepared dough from Bucket of Bread brand baking mix. Shape refrigerated dough into a thin circle.
Lightly coat the surface with butter.
Fold the dough onto itself and butter the half side showing.
Fold the dough one more time onto itself and add butter once again and roll the dough out into a circular shape.
Sprinkle goat cheese into the middle.
Cover with tomato slices.
Fold the edges up forming a nice border.
Use a fork to decoratively shape the edges.
Add some salt and pepper.
Add chopped basil.
Drizzle with a light amount of olive oil over the tomato slices.
Transfer the uncooked galette onto parchment paper cut to fit into your air fryer basket.
Add a light coat of egg wash to the outer border of the galette.
Bake in the air fryer for around 15 minutes at 375℉. Or, until the crust is golden brown and the tomatoes are slightly caramelized.
Carefully remove the galette from the air fryer, let it cool slightly on a rack, and drizzle with balsamic glaze if desired..
Slice, if needed, and serve warm.
