Ingredients

  • 1 Package Brie It doesn't have to be triple cream goat brie. It can be regular should you so wish.
  • 1 Small Jar Preserves, Jams, Jellies, Confections, etc. It doesn't have to be raspberry and rose either! But, this was a nice find as it seemed to fit very well for Valentine's Day. If you search on the Internet, you'll find a lot of brands with this particular flavor though. Also, the particular type used was technically a fruit preserve.
  • 1 Whole Egg This is for the egg wash.
  • 1 Bucket Your favorite Bucket of Bread Brand Dough The Traditional White is used in this recipe.

Instructions

Follow the basic instructions from the Bucket of Bread brand baking kit.

  • For this one, simply form a large boule. While this rests, let the oven preheat to 450F.

  • Score it.

  • Add a step and apply an egg wash. To make an egg wash simply whisk together an egg with about a tablespoon of water.
