Save a little bit of the flour so when you roll it out or form your loaf the counter top doesn't get sticky.
Mix 1.2 cup of Maple Syrup and the 1 Cup of lukewarm water together and incorporate this into your mix. Just follow the instructions for making the kit from here on out.
