Holiday Raspberry Bread Wreath
Bucket of Bread
A festive, bakery-style centerpiece made with simple ingredients and one batch of Bucket of Bread dough. Soft layers, bright raspberry filling, and just enough spice to feel like the holidays.

- 1 Kit Your favorite Bucket of Bread Brand Dough We used the Traditional White
- 1½ Cups Raspberry jam Your favorite. You can use less if you desire.
- 3 Tbsp Ground cinnamon Just make sure it covers the area of your dough
- ½ Tbsp Nutmeg This can be strong. Don't use too much in relation to cinnamon. If you like the flavor, feel free to use more though.
- 2 Tbsp Powdered Sugar Just dust your final product.
- 7-10 berries Fresh Raspberries These are a garnish
- ½ cup Crushed pistachios This is OPTIONAL - we didn't use them.
Reserve a Little Baking Kit Dry Mix
Roll and Add Dry Ingredients
Form the Raspberry Swirl Bread Wreath
Transfer the Raspberry Swirl Bread Wreath to a Baking Sheet
Finish and Garnish
Transfer to a serving platter. Dust lightly with powdered sugar to highlight the layers. Garnish with fresh raspberries and optionally crushed pistachios.
