Prepare the Loaf:
Get your pre-risen dough from out of the refrigerator and take out a ball of dough.
Remove stems and chop herbs.
Flatten out a 1 inch thick circle of dough.
Sprinkle the flattened dough with cheese.
Mix in some herbs.
Roll the dough onto itself.
Roll the dough onto itself one more time.
Place the roll on the side.
Flatten it again into about an inch thick.
Repeat the Process:
Sprinkle the flattened dough with cheese and herbs.
Make sure the herbs are mixed throughout the added cheese.
Roll the dough onto itself.
Roll the dough onto itself one more time.
Form the Loaf:
Put the spiral on the side again and start to pull the ends inward and tuck the edges underneath.
You're creating a nice and tight boule.
Put any cheese and herb crumbs on the top of the loaf and place it onto a parchment paper lined cooking sheet.
Bake It!
Heat the oven to 450 °F °F and score the loaf when the oven temperature is ready.Bake for approximately 30 minutes until the loaf reaches the internal temperature of 190 °F °F.
