Bucket of BreadIngredients
- 763 g Bucket of Bread brand Traditional White dough
- 103 g Sharp Cheddar Cheese Shredded
- 75 g Thyme Chopped along with removing stems
Instructions
Prepare the Loaf:
- Get your pre-risen dough from out of the refrigerator and take out a ball of dough.
- Remove stems and chop herbs.
- Flatten out a 1 inch thick circle of dough.
- Sprinkle the flattened dough with cheese.
- Mix in some herbs.
- Roll the dough onto itself.
- Roll the dough onto itself one more time.
- Place the roll on the side.
- Flatten it again into about an inch thick.
Repeat the Process:
- Sprinkle the flattened dough with cheese and herbs.
- Make sure the herbs are mixed throughout the added cheese.
- Roll the dough onto itself.
- Roll the dough onto itself one more time.
Form the Loaf:
- Put the spiral on the side again and start to pull the ends inward and tuck the edges underneath.
- You're creating a nice and tight boule.
- Put any cheese and herb crumbs on the top of the loaf and place it onto a parchment paper lined cooking sheet.
Bake It!
- Heat the oven to 450 °F °F and score the loaf when the oven temperature is ready.Bake for approximately 30 minutes until the loaf reaches the internal temperature of 190 °F °F.
