Prepare the Loaf:

  • Get your pre-risen dough from out of the refrigerator and take out a ball of dough.

  • Remove stems and chop herbs.

  • Flatten out a 1 inch thick circle of dough.

  • Sprinkle the flattened dough with cheese.

  • Mix in some herbs.

  • Roll the dough onto itself.

Repeat the Process:

  • Heat the oven to 450 °F °F and score the loaf when the oven temperature is ready.
    Bake for approximately 30 minutes until the loaf reaches the internal temperature of 190 °F °F.
