  • Get your Bucket of Bread brand Baking Kits ready.

  • You can either mix the big bag and the little bag in the bucket or in a bowl for a stand mixer.

  • Add about 1¼ Cups of water. The instructions tell you to use 1½ Cups but you want this a bit more pliable for making your bites.

  • Make sure there is nothing dry left.

  • Get the ball of soon to be dough into the bucket.

  • Rest the lid on the bucket and let it rise for about 2-3 hours.

  • Once it's doubled in size, get out a pan and some parchment paper.

  • Start boiling about 10 Cups of water with 1 Cup of Baking Soda (NOT baking powder).

  • Roll out some dough ropes.

  • Cut them up into about 1 inch long bites.

  • Add them to the baking soda and water pot.

  • Let them boil for no more than a minute.
