Roll out some of your favorite Bucket of Bread brand baking kit dough keeping it at about 1/4 inch thick. Cinnamon Buns are great using the Traditional White blend.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a medium baking dish.
Grease a medium baking dish.
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until slightly crispy, turning halfway through, about 5 minutes.
Brush bacon generously with the maple syrup and let cook until the syrup thickens and glazes the bacon, about 30 seconds more.
Combine butter, cinnamon, and brown sugar.
Coat the rolled out dough with it.
Place 2 slices of bacon end to end on unrolled cinnamon rolls to be.
Roll it up and cut out each row of bacon rolls.
Place them into the prepared baking dish.
Add heavy whipping cream bath at about a 1/8 inch deep.
Bake until cinnamon rolls are golden and no longer doughy, 25 to 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, make frosting: In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese and butter. Beat until light and fluffy.
Add the powdered sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla beating until smooth. Gradually add milk to loosen icing, if needed.
Frost cinnamon rolls, sprinkle some maple bacon bits (if there's any left over).
Serve warm & enjoy!
