Roll out your Favorite Bucket of Bread Brand Baking Kit Dough.
Slather a light coat of your favorite BBQ sauce onto the dough leaving some room on the edges.
Add some fresh Mozzarella cheese.
Mix in your BBQ with your favorite pulled pork (purchase it plain or make your own).
Put a light layer of the pork on top of the cheese.
Sprinkle on the fresh thyme.
Sprinkle on the green onions (or use chives).
