What a fantastic product. Simple, easy to use instructions love That the container pact does everything you need but make the bread. We made a loaf of classic white bread and it was the most fresh delicious bread My family and I have ever had. And bonus, it is super healthy to boot. My wife is all about organics and eating clean and this bucket of bread checked all the criteria. I would highly recommend it, and I will definitely be Trying new recipes with the next bucket! This was such a fun and easy way of making bread! The flavor is incredible! One bucket of bread made me my breakfast toast, my lunch peanut butter and honey sandwich, and a grilled cheese for dinner. You can have it however you want and it lasts for multiple meals which I love! I will 100% be getting again!!!

I love this baking kit! It makes delicious bread that reminds me of my mom’s homemade bread, which she made (from scratch) while I was growing up. The baking kit has clear instructions and is easy to prepare. it also takes considerably less time than making bread from scratch. I used Buck of Bread in my bread maker and it came out perfectly! I didn't need to make any modifications to the instructions or to the cook time on the bread maker. It was all so simple and everything was perfection! Made the greatest grilled cheese sandwiches with this bread.
Great just wish we had got the white bread we also added cranberries and butter very good!
I absolutely loved my bucket of bread! Super simple instructions, and a great activity to share with the family. The traditional white loaf was exactly what I wanted it to be – crispy and crunchy on the outside, and dense yet fluffy in the middle. It made the perfect Italian toast, and I almost ate the whole loaf myself in one sitting! Delish!
The Bucket shipped REALLY quickly. I was surprised how easy it was to make. I made the regular for the first time and it was delicious bread! I ate the loaf in a day. 1 day. There’s a lot of recipes on their site that looks fantastic too. Awesome and healthy but convenient.
My husband and I like bread that doesn’t have a million ingredients. Desperate to find a good bread we found Chris at Bucket of Bread! We just made a double long loaf in the oven and it turned out fantastic. I didn’t have the right kind of parchment paper so I took a risk and used a piece of foil that was sprayed with crisco butter flavor spray. I mixed the dough per instructions, put it in the bucket and placed lid off in the oven light on for 3 hrs. Of course oven was off. It rose 3/4 of the way in the large bucket. I cooked following instructions. I did use an egg wash. it came out FANTASTIC! Thank you Chris! It was a bit sticky on my hands when I tried to separate the dough into 2 loaves so we decided to do them together. Came out fantastic! Will keep buying these amazing buckets!

Very intelligent and a stand up fella.I ordered all 3 buckets he has to offer, and didn’t even get the boxes tossed before I started mixing the wheat dough, I wanted to make a flat bread snack on the stove top griddle and that’s exactly what I did. I purchased two buckets from Chris at the Sparta Kriskindlmarkt Dec. 1st. I'm gifting one and already made up the other bucket for my family. It's so easy to make and delicious!! I made regular white bread and I also used a recipe from the website and made the Cheesy Tree Bread!! Recipes are easy to follow and so very tasty!! I highly recommend this bread.

I recently tried the Bucket of Bread and I must say, I’m a fan! The bucket allowed me and my family to get creative and experiment with bread making. Not only did it fill our house with the aroma of freshly baked bread, but it also brought us closer as a family. It was a fun and interactive way to connect with our food and each other.Making bread using the Bucket of Bread was so accessible and easy, even for someone who is new to bread making like myself. I appreciate that it made the whole process less intimidating and more enjoyable. Great product. Easy to use. Once you hydrated it leave in the refrigerator and uses as your convenience. I bake bread every week with my own homemade mix but this one is great. Elastic dough, good results. I added 1/4 cup in addition to the 3 they ask to add but was a matter of taste. The customer service is great, arrived fast with a hand note and a code to scan for recipes. It’s veteran owned and from Wisconsin ( my husband is a Badger) I also like to say that I have a kosher kitchen and I bought it because all the ingredients in the bucket are kosher. There’s an owner disclosed online regarding that Loved and I will buy it again ( after Passover :)). The bucket is reusable. Highly recommend Bucket of Bread The photos are from my purple onion, sun dry tomatoes and olives bread and challahI bought a second bucket This time I choose Seven Grains. It’s my favorite now It’s a wonderful easy to work earthy dough. After you mix it with water and rest for one or two hours it’s wonderful to work with. Most seven grain breads are no so soft but this mix gives an increĂble soft texture with the plus of the grains. Yes it’s made with real grains and you see then . I loved that. I used one third of the mixed dough to make a Pizza Babka I added the photos to this review and of course I also used Wisconsin’s cheese. Married with a “Badger” needed to be from Wisconsin. The tomato paste is the best to not create a soggy resultI baked it for 45 minutes at 395F and another 14 at 350. Once I took it from the oven I let it rest for 10 minutes and took it off the bread loaf pan to the cooling rack. It was hard to resist, we wanted to eat it. We waited another 10 minutes and ready to eat.Next I will bake a simple loaf. This mix shine by itself .Highly recommended . High quality ingredients Brackets are reusable and they seal excelente . Great customer service and appreciation of customers. The delivery is fast and with a nice personalized hand written note . Can’t ask for more Thank you
I made the Honey Wheat bread and used Agave instead of Honey. It added an amazing dimension to the flavor! I took it to an event at Winona ORC, warmed up the braided loaves in the oven (wrapped them in aluminum foil) and served them with butter. The loaves were a huge hit! I have never been able to make "fancy" bread loaves before Bucket of Bread! Now, I bake like a goddess!
Love this bread! Have tried both the wheat and 7 grain. The instructions and recipes make the whole breadmaking process very simple. Seven grain pizza crust is a must try! Makes great loaves for any meal.
Bucket of bread took a boring leftover night and turned it into a yummy feast. Lots of dough so I made bread, a day later rolls and a few days after that cinnamon buns!

Wow, honestly exceeded expectations. I bought the Bucket back when the kids were home from school, mid-July maybe? Then I talked to Chris at one of the last Farmers Markets of the season, and we discussed me giving it a try anyway. I finally got around to it last night, Dec 5, ha, and while it did take longer to rise, like Chris had suggested, within 6 hours, I had a bucket of fluffy dough! I hadn't actually expected it to work, so I put the dough in the fridge until earlier this evening (Dec 6). I threw some globs of dough on the pan, and 25 minutes later, I had lovely, golden brown, crusty rolls that are terrifically soft inside. They are amazingly good, and I will definitely be buying more.
I decided to go to the local farmers market for the first time.Came across something that sounded AH-MAZING, completely new to me, and actually surprisingly super easy. So I HAD to try it out!Before I even heard the information / sales pitch, I knew I was buying it. Who doesn’t like bread?!I asked “can I make pretzels with this?” And they had never tried before! So they said to try it out and keep them posted on how it goes.Too excited and impatient, I immediately went home and made pretzels (tried to anyway).I was mildly ill prepared by not having sea salt or anything to put on top and no dipping sauce. My lack of experience led to inconsistent sizes and shapes. Overall: huge success! Highly recommend!Absolutely cannot wait to buy my next bucket!

I made the Honey Wheat bread and used Agave instead of Honey. It added an amazing dimension to the flavor! I took it to an event at Winona ORC, warmed up the braided loaves in the oven (wrapped them in aluminum foil) and served them with butter. The loaves were a huge hit! I have never been able to make "fancy" bread loaves before Bucket of Bread! Now, I bake like a goddess!
Love this bread! Have tried both the wheat and 7 grain. The instructions and recipes make the whole breadmaking process very simple. Seven grain pizza crust is a must try! Makes great loaves for any meal.
Bucket of bread took a boring leftover night and turned it into a yummy feast. Lots of dough so I made bread, a day later rolls and a few days after that cinnamon buns!
I'm a repeat customer. I saw this product on the local news. I love all bread products but hate baking, I'm horrible at it. This is crazy easy to make. And I feel like a pro bread maker. Everything I make with dough comes out perfect. My favorite is pizza in a cast iron.

Awesome idea for our busy family! I love that the dough stays good for two weeks and I can portion out what we need as we go. So far we’ve made Stromboli and a loaf of bread, and I can’t wait to see what else we come up with! IT’S JUST SO GOOD!!!

Wow, honestly exceeded expectations. I bought the Bucket back when the kids were home from school, mid-July maybe? Then I talked to Chris at one of the last Farmers Markets of the season, and we discussed me giving it a try anyway. I finally got around to it last night, Dec 5, ha, and while it did take longer to rise, like Chris had suggested, within 6 hours, I had a bucket of fluffy dough! I hadn't actually expected it to work, so I put the dough in the fridge until earlier this evening (Dec 6). I threw some globs of dough on the pan, and 25 minutes later, I had lovely, golden brown, crusty rolls that are terrifically soft inside. They are amazingly good, and I will definitely be buying more.
I decided to go to the local farmers market for the first time.Came across something that sounded AH-MAZING, completely new to me, and actually surprisingly super easy. So I HAD to try it out!Before I even heard the information / sales pitch, I knew I was buying it. Who doesn’t like bread?!I asked “can I make pretzels with this?” And they had never tried before! So they said to try it out and keep them posted on how it goes.Too excited and impatient, I immediately went home and made pretzels (tried to anyway).I was mildly ill prepared by not having sea salt or anything to put on top and no dipping sauce. My lack of experience led to inconsistent sizes and shapes. Overall: huge success! Highly recommend!Absolutely cannot wait to buy my next bucket!
