Blueberry Lemon Air Fryer Rolls

- 1 Air Fryer You can also use a regular oven.
Ingredients
- 1 Bucket Your favorite Bucket of Bread Brand Dough The Traditional White is recommended.
- 1 Pint Blueberries
- 1 Each Lemon Use both the juice and the zest.
- ¼ Cup Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Corn Flour
- ½ tsp salt
Instructions
- Gather your ingredients and a prepared Bucket of Bread.
- Combine everything except the dough into a sauce pan.
- Bring to a slow boil and stir so the fruit breaks up a bit.
- Boil for about 10-15 mins stirring frequently until eventually some thickening occurs.
- Refrigerate for about 1/2 an hour to cool down and to set some more.
- Now you can roll out some Bucket of Bread
- Leaving a space around the edges, put a thin layer of the sauce.
- Roll up the edges long ways.
- Slice off the ends and cut pieces evenly at about the 1-1½ inches thick mark.
- Carefully place the pieces in the parchment lined air fryer tray and bake for about 12 minutes at 360 °F
- At the halfway point, pull the tray and use tongs to separate the rolls and unstick them from the others and or the sides.
- Once done, sprinkle with powdered sugar and enjoy!
